All You Need To Know

Terms and Conditions

  • Provisional bookings are held for 48 hours only due to high demand. Please confirm your booking as soon as possible, if we have not heard back from you we will release the booking.
  • Bookings with a card authorization under 15 people must give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel.
  • Bookings over 15 people must give 1 weeks’ notice to cancel. If not we have the right to claim the amount authorized. (Please note the difference between a deposit and authorization).
  • Changes in numbers should be communicated as early on as possible and can result in a change of your allocated area.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any booking for any reason.
  • All pre-orders must be with us no later than 7 days prior to your booking.
  • If you have a food allergy/intolerance, please make a member of staff aware.
  • Your deposit is fully refundable up to 21 days before your booking date. Within 21 days we can offer to move the booking to another available date. Cancelling within 48 hours of your booking may result in the loss of your deposit.
  • Your deposit will be deducted off your final bill on your booking date
  • Tables of 4 or more are subject to a discretionary 12.5% service charge.
  • Unfortunately we cannot accept payments by cheque.
  • Drinks parties will be allocated an area with a mixture of seated and standing space, suited to the size of your booking.
  • When booking outside tables/areas please bear in mind that we cannot control the weather so dress accordingly.
  • On weekends, customers under the age of 18 years old are only allowed in the restaurant. They have to be eating a meal, and under the supervision of a parent/guardian at all times.
  • Dogs are only allowed in the pub area. They are not allowed in the restaurant or private function rooms. When we are busy, or temperatures are high, it is not an appropriate environment for dogs and we have the right to refuse them entry.

Unfortunately our private room does not have access to it’s own sound system to play your own music.

You can download the Young’s On Tap app, however, to queue your favourite tunes from your phone!

Yes, there is a 60′ inch flat screen in our boardroom, which can be connected to via HDMI.
The Boardroom has glass doors which close fully, but can be seen through and are not fully sound proof to the noise of the bar.
Unfortunately we are not able to allow external DJs.
Yes, absolutely! Just let us know ahead of time.
Feel free to decorate the space with banners/bunting/balloons etc. We just ask that you take these down at the end of the night, and avoid glitter/confetti.
Yes, there are a pay and display machines around, and we are just a two minute walk from Wandsworth Town train station for those who fancy a drink!
Our entire venue is completely step free and fully accessible, including an accessible toilet.
Yes, we welcome well behaved dogs, as long as they remain on a lead, and not on the furniture.
Yes, children are welcome as long as they are supervised at all times. However,  during our peak trading hours on Saturday’s and Sunday’s from 4pm , it may not be advisable to bring the little ones along with you, for your/their own comfort.
